One interface between you and your IEM.
Full-shell silicone eartips follow your individual ear anatomy and are adapted to the exact geometry of your earphones. The result is a repeatable, stable fit designed for rehearsals, performances and long listening sessions. The full custom seal provides better noise isolation than standard universal tips, making the monitor mix clearer and easier to distinguish on stage.

How to order
From request to a fit made for you.
Confirm IEM compatibility
We confirm that production is possible for your IEM. If it is not in the list, we first agree by email how the earphone will be scanned or delivered.
Order and payment
After compatibility is confirmed, we create the order and send the payment details.
Provide the impressions
Email the digital 3D ear impression models to r.meritee@reinardsound.ee with the order number in the subject, or mail the physical impressions to the address provided after the order is created. Physical impressions will be returned with the finished product.
Design & manufacturing
We create the individual design, adapt it to your IEM, manufacture the eartips and complete finishing and quality checks.
Delivery
Delivery to a parcel locker in Estonia is free. Delivery to Latvia, Lithuania and Finland is calculated after the request and included in the order confirmation.
Before you order
Prepare your ear impressions.
Submit your request after visiting an audiologist to have physical ear impressions taken. Audiologists often offer 3D scanning of the impressions. If scanning is unavailable, you can send the physical impressions to Reinard Sound after the order is created; we will scan them and return them with the finished product.
